Because we stock all of our items, all orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. In many cases, your items will even ship the same day! We are also upfront about our shipping costs so you will never be surprised at checkout with an unexpected shipping amount. We treat every order as if it were our own and take great care in packaging your items.
You will be notified by e-mail if the item is not available to ship or if there is a problem with your order.
A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers will be provided if they are available.

We offer FREE Expedited Shipping to all locations in the United States for orders over $99 CAD. We guarantee your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 days of payment clearing and delivery is estimated at 8 - 10 business days + processing time.
If you require faster delivery, we also offer Xpresspost as a shipping method.
All orders going to the United States comes with a tracking number. Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order has been shipped.

Lost and Undelivered Packages
We cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages. In the very rare event that your package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable as addressed, we cannot be held responsible once your order has been shipped. We will help you try and locate your package by providing all relevant shipment information (tracking numbers, delivery confirmation information, customs details etc). Non-delivered packages will not be reshipped or refunded. We encourage our customers to call their local Post Office and/or local Customs Office in the event of a non-delivery.
Customs, Duty, Import Fees
Shipping charges do not include customs fees to international destinations. Customs forms are filled out with the actual total cost of the items with an accurate description of your order whether it be fabric, sewing patterns or ribbon. The buyer will be responsible for any and all customs duties, fees or taxes on the package.
Returns and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will offer an exchange or store credit for you, as long as the products are returned to us in a saleable condition.
All products must be unused, undamaged and in original condition. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to let us know the reason for your return. We have a 15% restocking fee that is calculated on the pre-shipping and pre-tax total.
Unless the fault is ours, you are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the goods to us. Please ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure they are not damaged during transit. We must receive your returned goods within 14 business days of the shipping date of your order.
Once goods have been returned, we will send an invoice for postage of your replacement order and your goods will be shipped as soon as possible. Please note there are no exchanges or refunds on sewing patterns, fabrics purchased on sale/clearance or any fabric yardage under 1 yard.
