Oh dear! The holiday season has slowed down my blogging but I did get around to doing an interview with Zoe (owner of Serendipity Mama) who won our monthly $20 gift certificate giveaway for November!
Here’s a bit more about Zoe:
1. What do you like/love about living in ON?
I have lived all over Ontario, right up to James Bay and I love the diversity of the people, the geography and the feel of each town and region.
2. Who’s your favourite fabric designer (don’t feel pressured to name one in store!)
That is a hard question, I like a little of this and a little of thatfrom so many designers. But if I had to choose, perhaps I would say Heather Ross. I just love mermaids (my new logo features a babywearing mermaid!) and the giant octopi fabric is beautifully saturated with colour!
3. Do you have a secret stash of fabrics that no one else but you knows about? If so, what are you planning to do with it?
I’m afraid my stash is no longer secret, it is oozing out of all my cupboards! I have all kinds of plans, lots of new slings coming for 2010, but also some new clothes for my kids and if that goes well, maybe some fun skirts and tops for the store.
